Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

Credit Xperts ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data. This policy applies to our website at creditxperts.pplx.app, our forms, our scheduling tools, and our client portal.

The short version: We only collect what we need to serve you. We never sell your data. Credit report information is handled with bank-level care and only shared with credit bureaus as needed to dispute inaccurate items on your behalf.

1. What we collect

Contact information you give us: name, email, phone number, and ZIP code — collected when you fill out a form (such as the "Get Started" form or the free checklist download), book a call, or email us.

Account & case information: if you become a client, we collect identity verification details, credit report data, and dispute-related documents needed to challenge inaccurate items with the credit bureaus.

Automatic information: basic technical data like browser type, device, referring page, and the pages you visit. We use this only to understand how the site is used and improve it.

What we do NOT collect: we do not place advertising cookies on your device, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

2. How we use it

3. Third-party tools we use

We use trusted third parties to operate our business. Each has its own privacy practices:

4. Who we share with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards: encrypted transmission (HTTPS) for all form submissions, restricted access to client files, and access limited to staff who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take your data's protection seriously.

6. How long we keep it

We retain contact and case information only as long as needed to provide our services, handle follow-up questions, and comply with CROA recordkeeping requirements. After that, we delete or anonymize it unless we're legally required to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy
