These terms govern your use of the Credit Xperts website and services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Credit Xperts provides personal and business credit consulting, credit analysis, credit coaching, and assistance disputing inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on consumer credit reports. Services are offered through flexible payment options. We also offer a standalone credit coaching/analysis program (no repair) and a do-it-yourself toolkit for consumers who prefer to handle disputes on their own.
We do not guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report or any particular increase in your credit score. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), it is unlawful for any credit repair organization to make false or misleading claims about its ability to improve a consumer's credit record, or to guarantee the removal of accurate negative information.
Results depend on factors we don't fully control, including the accuracy of the information on your reports, how bureaus and creditors respond, and your own credit behavior going forward. Individual outcomes vary.
You may cancel services at any time. To avoid being billed for the next round of work, you must provide 30 days' notice before the next monthly round goes out. We operate in compliance with CROA and applicable state Credit Services Organization (CSO) laws, including registration and surety-bond requirements where required. Some states restrict or ban for-profit credit repair:
We only accept clients in states where we are legally authorized to operate. If your state restricts our services, we'll let you know and may direct you to our educational resources or coaching program instead.
Under the FCRA, you have the right to a free copy of your credit report from each bureau once every 12 months (at AnnualCreditReport.com), the right to dispute inaccurate information for free, and the right to have verified errors corrected. You can do this yourself at no cost — our service helps consumers who prefer professional assistance. We also provide a free do-it-yourself guide on our blog.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Xperts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the prior 12 months. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
